Anthony I. Crivello

Anthony I. Crivello is the President of Phoenix Investors, one of the largest and most prominent private industrial real estate firms in the country. With a lifelong dedication to commercial real estate, Mr. Crivello provides strategic leadership across all facets of the organization.

At Phoenix Investors, Mr. Crivello leads the firm’s acquisition and disposition efforts while managing and overseeing the firm’s leasing, debt and equity, asset management, and broader firm operations. Mr. Crivello has been involved in real estate acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions in excess of several billion dollars during his tenure with the firm.

Prior to joining Phoenix Investors, Mr. Crivello served as a portfolio manager at a large regional bank, where he completed its rigorous credit analyst program and was responsible for underwriting hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate loans for institutional, middle-market, and REIT borrowers. He has also structured over $40 million in tax credit equity investments for income-restricted multifamily developments.

Mr. Crivello has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for Industrial Leasing each year from 2020 through 2025, consistently ranking among the top industrial leasing professionals nationwide.

Mr. Crivello earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University. Beyond his professional pursuits, he remains a dedicated supporter of the Milwaukee community and numerous charitable organizations.
