Lee Becker joined Phoenix Investors in 2023 with 10 years of industrial manufacturing and engineering experience. Previously holding roles at Harley-Davidson and Briggs & Stratton in advanced manufacturing, engineering, and program management, Becker was also responsible for managing the Briggs & Stratton US footprint, which consisted of strategically planning and executing the consolidation of 1.6 million square feet of operations into 250,000 square feet at existing Briggs and Stratton facilities.
Becker specializes in systems, processes, and technology to streamline workflow and improve efficiencies throughout all cross functions of business.
