TECHNOLOGY
Phoenix Construction brings every project into the future using only the best new materials and technology. We seal roofs with top-grade material, add foam insulation, and optimize property layouts for truck and traffic flow. Building renderings help us envision design and paint schemes, and once a project is complete, 3D drone footage and virtual tours showcase the results.
To secure our properties, Phoenix employs high-tech security measures such as new security cameras and live video streaming security systems. We also install millions of LED lights each year and clear the grid of substations, transformers, and electrical panels that pull heavy electrical loads—drastically reducing each property’s carbon footprint.
SAFETY
Phoenix Construction keeps safety at the forefront. We perform life safety reviews and complete such improvements as CAD work, fire suppression systems, fire-rated doors and walls, proper exit paths, and more. We also perform thorough analyses of all structural elements and electrical components like transformers, substations, and panels.
Some of our facilities are nearly condemned when we acquire them, so we use multiple forms of abatement to remove asbestos, mold, chlorinated solvents, and other toxic materials. We take pride in providing safe working conditions for our construction contractors and tenants, both before and after the fact.
